Agent information

3 The link on my email notification will not work. What should I do?

If the link on your email notification does not work, then you can check your agent results by logging in to your account through the My Monster area on site. (See "How do I access my agent results" page 1).

If you do have problems with the link in your email, please notify us on userservices@monster.co.uk so we can address the problem.
