Agent information
4 The message displayed is 'No jobs matched the query'. What should I do? This could be for 2 reasons. It is possible that there are no jobs in our database that match your criteria at the time. If so, you can change the criteria by editing your agent (see "Checking the setting of your agent" page 2). The second reason could be that you are searching too narrow a time period (say Last 2 days) and it just happens that suitable jobs have not been posted in that period. To search for jobs that were posted less recently, do as follows: Below the message "No jobs matched the query" there are two boxes and a button. The first box should list a time period (e.g. "Last 7 days") [Preview Page], the second is blank and the button says 'Search Results'. To search earlier job listings, click on the arrow in the first box and select a time period from the drop-down list that appears. Then click 'Search Results'.
