New Apply Online Process & CV Choices

We've made it easier than ever to apply to jobs on Monster!

Easier Apply Online options allow you to personalise your responses and apply to jobs using the current Monster CV Builder format, or the new Microsoft® Word or Copy & Pasted Text choices.

A better process for new and existing Monster members

For existing members, much of your information will already be filled in. For new members, creating an account is integrated into the process and is as easy as filling in two fields.

Personalise your responses

For a more personalised response, you can create or edit cover letters quickly and easily directly within the Apply Online pages.

Choose the CV option that works best for you:

	Build a new Monster CV online
	(approx. Apply Online time: 20-45 minutes) This option helps you create a new CV with the guidance of the Monster CV Builder. If you don't have a complete, up-to-date CV or want to create a new one, this may be your best option. You can also make this CV searchable by other employers without having to provide additional information.
	NEW! Use your current Microsoft® Word CV
	(approx. Apply Online time: 3-10 minutes) This option allows you to store your existing Microsoft Word CV in your Monster account and send it to employers when you apply online. If you have an existing CV in Word (500k or smaller), this may be the choice for you. You can also make this CV searchable by other employers by providing additional information.
	NEW! Copy and paste your current plain text CV
	(approx. Apply Online time: 3-10 minutes) This option lets you copy the text from any plain text CV file on your computer, paste it into your Monster account and send it to employers when you apply online. If you already have a CV in a non-Microsoft Word format, this may be the best choice for you. You can also make this CV searchable by other employers by providing additional information.

Preview your information before sending

The last step of the process gives you a view of how the employer will see your information and lets you edit and reformat it for accuracy and best results.

These enhancements make the Apply Online process much more efficient and give you the CV choices you’ve been asking for.
